United Airlines sought to consolidate its Houston locations under one roof and create an immersive, collaborative, and highly branded work experience for employees. Perched high in a downtown skyscraper, the United workplace boasts a conference center which opens to a sky garden and views across the city. People step off elevators into an arrival hall and work lounge on all tower levels. From there, teams are distributed across the floors; each with their own neighborhood of enclosed and open spaces.
